When submitting inquiries through our contact form or engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate information about your facility, power capacity, and project scope. You are responsible for obtaining any permits, licences, or regulatory approvals required for mining operations at your site. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of South Korea, our total liability for any claim arising from our services or website use is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost mining revenue, equipment damage from power surges outside our control, or vendor shipment delays.

Hardware procurement is coordinated on your behalf with third-party manufacturers and distributors. We are not the seller of record for mining equipment. Warranty claims, returns, and defect remedies are governed by the hardware vendor’s terms. Our role is advisory and commissioning unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
