- Firmware update application when vendor releases are stable
- Phone support between visits for triage of under-performing machines
Retainer Pricing
From KRW 1,200,000 per year for fleets of 20–50 units. Larger yards quoted on a per-machine basis. Spare parts billed separately at cost plus a 12% handling fee.
