Our fees reflect the scope of hands-on work at your facility. Hardware purchase costs are always billed separately and passed through at vendor invoice price — we do not mark up equipment.

Advisory fees cover hardware shortlisting, vendor negotiation support, and purchase-order review. Commissioning fees apply when our crew is on-site for installation and testing.

Spare parts (fans, thermal pads, cables) billed at vendor cost plus 12% handling. Emergency same-day visits outside scheduled quarters: KRW 250,000 dispatch fee plus labour.
Cooling Retrofit
Container-yard cooling projects are quoted after an initial walkthrough. Typical ranges:
- Single-container duct and exhaust upgrade: KRW 3,500,000 – 5,800,000
- Multi-container row with shared plenum: KRW 8,000,000 – 14,000,000
Quotes include design, materials sourcing, installation labour, and post-retrofit thermal validation.

Final pricing depends on:
- Distance from our Busan workshop and number of on-site days required
- Ambient temperature range at your location (coastal humidity adds material cost)
- Electrical panel condition — severely degraded panels may require subcontracted electrician work
- Hardware model availability and freight routing at time of order
Deposits & Payment
Procurement engagements require a 40% deposit upon agreement signing. Assessment visits are invoiced in full before scheduling. Maintenance retainers are billed annually in advance. We accept bank transfer (KRW) and do not process card payments on this website.
